Quiet out of town setting. No amenities but it's a decent place for the price.
Not what the online pic describes. Nice and quiet. No swimming or water.
Great layout with roomy spots. BUT, grass doesn't get mowed, dumpster overflowing, no hot water in laundry mat, junky trailers that smell. Owner is a hoarder, and the office reeks.
I stayed there over 15 years and it's a hole in the wall!Owner is a hoarder and building are over grown trash all over and old broke down van out front no propane and washers and dryers are so old they don't work properly.No cable and junk piled in back of office and on sides!The office smell like death and she wants cash or check her debit card machine works to cheap to use it!No amenities!Mold all over bathrooms!Grass is out of hand and the helpers camper Looks as if it would blow the sides out any time!The roads are so bad every year gets worst!She leaves in winter months and self serve pick a spot suppose to pay in door slot but I seen many just come stay and not pay!She had IRS around at the end of my stay and she has never paid business taxes and did the same in fla for 20 years in fla!She won't enforce rules and if she doesn't like what she sees she will not enforce rules!Money hog and hordes everything!Had a green house one year used it and now is full of garbage!Shes to cheap to cheap to pay help to care for grounds!I sold out and left she call me white trash and told lies about me to neighbors and they got mad at me!She will let any one in for that god o mighty dollar!Shes a sit on her ass all night at computer and everything sposed to take care of it self!She added lots in the back with no sewer and town of Boone wouldn't inspect it!Had power hooked to barn illegally!The barn has not been cleaned in 10 years!Watch al he rides mower with blade on in the road and throws rocks everywhere and will tell you he didn't hit it but windows get broke and campers get damaged!She hires some one to come fix problems and then dose not pay!Triple t sewer pumper and Dewy white replaced the pump in well and never paid him!
The pictures on the website are outdated . The trees and shrubbery need to be trimmed. The grass has gotten out of control and you are responsible for trimming around your camper.The washer and dryers are outdated and don't work correctly . The bath house has mold and mildew on the floor and walls. This could be such a nice place to camp but the owner is a hoarder and has no idea on how to run this campground
